West Valley Community Services is a nonprofit agency that provides a continuum of basic needs, family services and housing services to several communities in Northern California. We designed and built the site with PHP, XHTML, CSS, and Javascript. I implemented a simple content management system that utilizes the TinyMCE plugin.
